 Let talk about once what type of struggles are faced during these lockdown days, people who money for the family, As we saw many news channels and social media like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram we should appreciate some people who came forward to help those needs and give a hand of support by providing money and food. We should include our government to take part in arranging food, shelter for the needy. Seriously we never ever expect like this and nobody was prepared for this situation.

                                 In this conversation about we should remember not only celebrities there are many normal people who helped more than they afford and celebrities who offered a big sum of amount for the people who are unable to get the minimum requirements like shelter and food, we should remember some of the business delegates and chairpersons who donated money in the PM relief fund. without any hesitation we can just get a glance at losses that we have gone through this year of 2020, many people lost their jobs and some people are become abounded in-between states due to pandemic situations. As discussing about unemployment firstly unemployment is an unresolved issue  which cannot be changed within days or years, it will took a certain arrangement and procedure, many new startups should encourage considering these situations as a major one the students who were going to passed out in 2020 were most effected i can say with no doubt yes i personally felt the same we thought before the month of march as scenario will goes as it planned before there would be as usual classes,exams and placements which leads at least minimum percentage of unemployment,Yes many people can oppose by saying if we like students or people who are aspired to get a position in IT sector,Govt sector he/she should have their determination of work ,if there is opportunity then people can prepare themselves to get on it because of this situation everything was unexpected and comes to reality we should accept and move on the way but i would like to raise a question or statement is "Still how many years these unemployment or unplanned scenarios should continue". Remembering the words of great successful people if a bad situation comes near you don't panic of thinking about it, realize why this situation created. Ya, I would like to include some incidents which I encountered directly. Our education system should change as the real-life processing but not as the ancient method of learning it's ok we should never leave our basics but we are living in world of technology, humans are interfacing with technology but our study system is not upgrading the terminology of it, but due to pandemic we people start thinking unnoticed things which are happened in our daily life and also essential for development like as we can say New Education Policy 2020 which changed some of the syllabus and regulations for students. The second thing is entrance exams before there are many government exams conducted by the Government which have many categories, by this who are preparing for exams should study the particular pattern for test and if the person willing to attend another test then again he/she should follow and prepare for other pattern but it was changed and government exams are merged into single exam which was announced by the government. moreover, it encouraging new startup challenges for innovative ideas like the recently released by Rajnath Singh of DRDO startup challenge.
